In 2017 I made a decision to make myself healthier. I was overweight and unhappy with my body. I took a big step and joined Slimming World and it has worked wonders. My whole attitude towards food has changed. I can walk the kids to school/nursery without feeling out of breath. I can say no to things without feeling like I am missing out and I have made new friends along the way.
